The rider from Kazakstan has been signed by the Boé Motorsports Team (formerly RBA Racing) and will ride alongside the Japanese rider Kazuki Masaki in the World Moto3 championship in 2019.

In 2018 he competed in 8 rounds of the Moto3 World Championship. His best qualifying came at the Circuit of Jerez where he lined up 12th on the grid and finished 14th. However, his best finish was at another Spanish circuit. At the Grand Prix Monster Energy in Barcelona Yurchenko crossed the finish line in 12th position for the CIP Green Power Moto3 team. For reasons not entirely clear he was replaced after that by Stefano Nepa. He ended the season with nine championship points, racing the final round with the Snipers Team.

In 2017 he rode in the Moto3 Junior World Championship, where he was up against Denni Foggia, Jaume Masia and his new teammate Kazuki Masaki. That season he finished 10th overall. On his way to 59 points by the end of the year, he stood on the podium twice. He finished second in the first round at Albacete. He then ended the second race at Jerez that year in third.

Prior to that, Yurchenko rode in the Red Bull Rookies from 2014 to 2016. In his final season he finished 8th overall with 79 points. His best results were three fifth place finishes.
