Although British, Torin Collins lives and races out in Canada. He races in the Edmonton Motorcycle Racing Association and The Canadian Motorcycle Association (CMA). In 2019 he will join the best of British Isles racing in the British Talent Cup.

He is currently competing in the CVMA (Chuckwalla Valley Motorcycle Association) winter series and has won in the Ultra Lightweight shootout class, Formula 2 and 350 Supersport categories. Earlier this year he took 6 wins in the EMRA lightweight Superbike category and five in the Lightweight Open class. He holds new lap records in both categories.

In 2017 he won the CMA Mini Road Racing title for Spec Supersport, Formula Supersport, Formula Thunder, Spec Motard, Formula GP and Spec under 21 categories. He was also awarded the White Memorial trophy from the CMA for best performance and held the number 1 plate for 2017 FIM National Mini Road Racing Champion in Motard.

Examples of bikes in the various categories in Canada are:

Formula 2: Two-stroke GP bikes. Two-stroke street-only machines. Four-stroke two-cylinder machines up to 700cc. Four-stroke, four-cylinder machines to 500cc. Air-cooled, two-valve-per-cylinder Twins to 1000cc. All Singles.
350 SuperSport: The Supersport class are basically a stock bike. Four-stroke street-based twins up to 350cc and four-stroke street-based singles up to 400cc. ULWS-legal 250Rs and CBR250Rs/300Rs.
